Today we took the set down after the latest play. I hope I haven't done anything naughty to my back.
Took 1 ibuprofen with breakfast and my lower back has been a bit sore and still. Sharp pain in lower back when I straighten either leg whilst sitting. Slight sciatica on right.

I'm having trouble remembering how long my back problem has been going on or how it comes and goes. So this is my back pain diary.
2 amateur photographers learning to take better pictures by visiting interesting places in Kent (and occasionally further afield). Lisa tends to take the wildlife photos, whereas Adam prefers images of buildings and other man-made objects.
